1. About Winpay & Dashboard
Winpay is a payment gateway designed to receive digital payments in real-time. The Merchant Dashboard is your control panel to monitor business performance and manage transactions.

Intended for business owners, finance staff, and administrators. No special technical expertise is required.
2. Dashboard Login
Access the portal via dashboard.winpay.id:
- Enter your registered Email Address and Password.
- Check "Remember me" to stay logged in on this browser.
- Click the blue Sign In button.
- Forgot Password? Click "Forgot password?" on the login page to reset it via email.
- Don't have an account? Click "Daftar Sekarang" to register.
3. Main Page (Dashboard Overview)
Upon login, you will see visual data and quick transaction metrics:
- Total Available Balance (Rp): Funds ready to be withdrawn to your registered bank account.
- Total Ongoing Transactions (Rp): Amount of transactions still pending or in process.
- Total Volume of Successful Transactions: Accumulated value of successful transactions in the selected period.
- Total Successful Transactions: Total number of successful transactions.
- Charts & Tables: Visual trends and transaction breakdown per payment method.
Header Navigation Elements
- Environment Dropdown: Choose between Production (live) or Sandbox (testing) mode.
- Merchant Name & ID: Active merchant identity (e.g., ID 172188).
- Switch to V1: Revert to the legacy dashboard layout.
- Notifications & Account Menu: Access recent announcements and profile settings or log out.
4. Transactions Menu
Monitor all incoming transaction statuses in real-time.
Transaction Data Columns

| Ref ID | Unique reference code for the transaction |
| Product / VA No. | Payment method & customer's VA number or payment code |
| Gross & Fee | Gross transaction amount and Winpay's processing fee |
| Settled Amount | Net amount credited to merchant balance after fees |
| Status | Current transaction status (Pending, Success, Failed, Expired) |
Search & Filtering
- Choose search filter: Ref ID or Order.
- Input the search query.
- Define the start and end date range.
- Check "Show transactions for all merchants" if managing multiple merchants.
- Click Cari (Search).
5. Balances & Finance
Central hub for managing your funds, featuring 5 sub-menus:
5.1 Withdraw Funds (Disbursement)
Steps to withdraw your balance to the registered bank account:
- Ensure funds are available under "Saldo Siap Ditarik" (Available Balance).
- Enter the withdrawal amount (click "Samakan" to withdraw the full balance).
- Click Tarik Sekarang (Withdraw Now) to process.
[!IMPORTANT] Withdrawal Terms:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 15,000.
- Administration fee per withdrawal is IDR 2,000.
5.2 Account Information
Displays bank details for fund disbursement (Bank Name, Account Number, Holder Name, and Branch). Click Ubah (Change) to edit.
5.3 Settings & Ledger
- Withdrawal Settings: Configure automated/scheduled withdrawal preferences.
- Balance Ledger (Mutasi): Complete log of cash inflows and outflows (Starting Balance, Rp Pay, Rp Charge, Rp Settled, Ending Balance).
- Withdrawal List: Track the status of withdrawal requests (Processing, Successful, Failed).
6. Payment Link Menu
Instant way to receive payments without any developer integration. Ideal for selling on WhatsApp, Instagram, or social media.
Payment Link Types
- Single Payment Link: A link for a single transaction with specific amount and payment methods.
- Bulk Payment Link: Generate multiple payment links at once via a CSV file upload.
How to Create:
- Go to the Buat Single Payment Link tab.
- Enter the Transaction Title and Amount.
- Choose the payment methods to enable.
- Click Buat Payment Link, then copy the URL to share with customers.
7. E-Invoice Menu
Create and send professional digital invoices to your clients with a built-in checkout button.
How to Create an E-Invoice:
- Under Buat E-Invoice, enter Customer Details (name, phone, email).
- Enter Invoice Details (Outlet ID, invoice number, Order ID, notes, and Due Date).
- Choose payment methods.
- Click PREVIEW (green button) to verify the visual layout.
- Click PUBLISHED to issue and send the invoice.
8. Settings & API Configuration
Configure technical keys to connect your website or application with Winpay.
8.1 API SNAP (BI)
Standard Bank Indonesia credentials for developers:
- Client ID / Partner ID: Unique merchant identifier for the API.
- URL Callback (Notification): Your server endpoint to receive automated payment notifications.
- IP Whitelist: Authorized server IP addresses allowed to call the API.
- Public Key: Public key to verify the signature of security integrations.
[!WARNING]
- Never share your Client ID or Private/Public Keys with third parties.
- Keys are auto-generated. Contact Support if you need to rotate keys.
8.2 Checkout Page Settings
Customize the checkout page interface seen by customers (upload logo, set primary brand color, and configure contact details).
9. Integrations & Log Menu
Used by developers to monitor callback requests and API status:
- API SNAP (BI): Transaction logs for SNAP standard.
- Checkout Page: Transaction logs from the Checkout Page link integration.
- V2 (Deprecated): Legacy API transaction logs (not recommended for new integrations).
Use the URL Callback and Action columns in this menu to check if transaction callbacks were successfully delivered to your server.
10. Account & Security Menu
Manage users and audit account operations.
- Activity Log: Audit log of all actions performed (login, settings change, API updates).
- Manage Account & Store: Edit name, email, phone number, or manage multi-merchant profiles.
- Security & 2FA: We highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using a phone authenticator app to protect your logins.
11. Tips, FAQ, & Transaction Statuses
Transaction Status Reference
| Status | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Pending | Transaction created, waiting for customer payment |
| Success | Payment successfully received, funds credited to balance |
| Expired | Payment window expired, transaction canceled automatically |
| Failed | An error occurred during payment processing |
| Processing | Transaction is currently being processed by the system or bank |
Security & Efficiency Tips
- Security: Enable 2FA, monitor the Activity Log regularly, and secure your API credentials.
- Efficiency: Export Mutasi (Ledger) to Excel for monthly accounting, and use date filters in the Transactions menu.
