Account Activation & Management
A complete guide to registering a new account, verifying your email, completing business profile data (KYC), configuring disbursement bank accounts, and frequently asked questions.
Step 1 — About Winpay
Winpay is a payment gateway service that helps your business accept digital payments from various channels including bank transfers, virtual accounts, QRIS, credit cards, and digital wallets.
The Merchant Dashboard is your main control panel to manage your account, view transactions, configure payment methods, and monitor business performance in real-time.
This guide is intended for business owners, finance staff, or anyone who has recently registered and wants to start using Winpay services. No special technical expertise is required.
Types of Accounts Available
Winpay provides two types of accounts based on your business entity status:
Company
For PT, CV, Foundations, or other legal entities. Requires complete business legality documents (Deed of Establishment, NIB, etc.).
Individual
For individuals, MSME actors, or self-employed entrepreneurs. The onboarding process is simpler with minimal documentation.
Step 2 — How to Register an Account
The Winpay account registration process is very easy and can be completed in less than 5 minutes:
- Open the Registration Page Visit dashboard.winpay.id then click the "Daftar Sekarang" (Register Now) link below the Sign In button.
- Select Account Type Choose "Perusahaan" (Company) if your business is a legal entity, or "Perorangan" (Individual) if you are an individual / MSME.
- Fill in Initial Data Enter your Business Name, active Business Email, and Password.
- Agree to Terms & Conditions Check the box to agree to Winpay's Terms & Conditions, then click the "Daftar Sekarang" button.
- Check Confirmation Email The system will send a verification email to the address you registered.
Password Requirements

| Combination | Consisting of a combination of uppercase/lowercase letters (A-Z, a-z) and numbers (0-9) |
| Spaces | No spaces allowed |
[!TIP] Security Tip: Use a unique password that is different from other accounts. Store the password in a secure place or use a password manager application.
Step 3 — Email Verification
After registering, your account is not active until the email is verified. This step is important to ensure your account security:
- Open Incoming Email
Check your email inbox. Look for an email from
[email protected]with the subject "Verifikasi Email - Winpay". - Click the Verification Button In the email, click the blue "Verifikasi Alamat Email" (Verify Email Address) button.
- Confirmation Successful The page will display the "Email Terverifikasi!" (Email Verified!) notification with a green checkmark. The system automatically redirects you to the complete form in 3 seconds.
- Continue to Complete Registration Complete your business profile data on the business details form page.
[!WARNING] Email Not Received? If the verification email has not been received within 5 minutes, please:
- Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
- Make sure the registered email address is correct.
- Click the "Kirim Email Kembali" (Resend Email) button on the registration confirmation page.
- If you still experience issues, contact the Winpay Support Team via the "Hubungi kami" (Contact us) button.
Step 4 — Completing Business Data
Once your email is verified, complete your business profile. The data entry process consists of: Business Information (Stage 1) → Owner Information (Stage 2) → Bank & Payment Methods (Stage 3)
Business Information Fields (Stage 1)

| Business Name | The name of the business/brand that will be displayed to customers |
| Business Contact (WhatsApp) | Active business WhatsApp number (can be filled with up to 3 numbers) |
| Business Category | Select the most appropriate category (e.g. Tickets, Tour & Travel) |
| Company Name | Official name of the legal entity according to legal documents |
| Country | Select Indonesia |
| Company Address | Complete address including province, city, sub-district, urban village, and postal code |
| Describe Your Business | Brief description of the product/service offered |
| Website/App URL | Business website or application address (optional) |
| Business Purpose | Select the purpose of use: Pay, Shop, Savings, etc. |
| Social Media/Marketplace | Instagram account, Tokopedia, etc. if any |
Navigation Buttons
- LANJUT (CONTINUE): Saves data and proceeds to the next stage.
- SIMPAN, LANJUTKAN NANTI (SAVE, CONTINUE LATER): Saves progress without completing all stages at this time.
- RESET DATA: Clears all inputs and restarts from the beginning.
Step 5 — Owner Information
The second stage is filling in the owner's or business representative's data for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance according to OJK regulations:

| Selfie with KTP | Photo of your face (selfie) while holding your KTP near your face |
| NPWP | Personal or company tax identification number (if any) |
Document Upload Requirements
- File Format: JPG, PNG, PDF.
- Maximum Size: 5MB per document.
- Photo Quality: Must be clear, not blurry, not cropped, and text easily readable.
- Action Button: Use the "+" button to add files, or "Simpan" (Save) to save temporarily.
[!TIP] KTP Photo Tips: Make sure the photo of the KTP is taken in a well-lit place, the entire KTP is clearly visible within the frame, and there is no glare or reflection of light blocking the written information on your KTP.
Step 6 — Bank & Payment Methods
The third stage is configuring the bank account for disbursement purposes and selecting the payment methods you wish to activate.
Bank Account Details
This bank account is used as the target for the disbursement of your merchant transaction balance.

Payment Channels
Winpay supports various popular digital payment channels:
